WEATHER (SAFETY FIRST)
Paragliding depends 100% on the weather. If conditions are not safe, we won’t fly.
Your flight is confirmed the day before.
FLIGHT SCHEDULE
The usual flights in Villar del Arzobispo are carried out in the afternoon, since in the morning the usual flights would last less than 5 minutes due to lack of wind.
• Winter: from 1:00 p.m.
• Spring / Summer / Autumn: from 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. until sunset
Special flights take place in the morning and are not subject to the calendar of available dates, ask for availability.
The exact meeting time is confirmed the day before, depending on the forecast wind and the passengers’ weight.
FLIGHT AREA
The most common area is Villar del Arzobispo (La Serranía, Valencia), because it offers the most reliable and safest aerological conditions for tandem paragliding.
The following flights will take place there:
- Base
- Didáctico
- Travesía (this type of flight can also be done in Alpuente, it will depend on the weather conditions)
BOOKINGS (FREE OF CHARGE)
Booking has no cost. You can book via WhatsApp or by phone: +34 617237564
To organise everything, we’ll need:
• Full name (from the person making the reservation)
• The date you would like to fly
• How many people will fly
• Flight type
• Weight of each person
Weekdays usually have availability with short notice. Weekends are more requested and can fill up quickly.
FLIGHT CONFIRMATION
The day before, between 10:00 and 11:00, we check the weather and confirm whether we fly. At that moment:
• We give you the exact meeting time
• We send you the PRE-FLIGHT Indications (what to bring, how to get to the selected take-off, what to do, etc.)
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
If conditions are not safe and we have to cancel, no problem: we’ll choose another date and reschedule your flight.
WANT TO GIVE A FLIGHT AS A GIFT?
You have two options:
- You book a date and come with the person you’re gifting it to.
- We prepare a GIFT VOUCHER so you can give it whenever you want, and then we choose the date later. Gift vouchers are paid in advance.
WHICH FLIGHT DO WE RECOMMEND FOR A FIRST TIME?
The most booked flights and the ones we recommend for a first experience are:
If you’re hesitating between them (for yourself or as a gift), here’s a quick guide: if you get carsick or seasick, the Vuelo Didáctico might involve too much time in the air.
Main difference: besides being longer, the Vuelo Didáctico is more comprehensive. We explain more, and in the last third of the flight, you’ll be able to pilot the controls yourself under our supervision.
PERSONALISED FLIGHT (ADAPTED TO YOU)
We adapt to your feelings and what you feel like doing. Your flight can be:
• Smooth, calm and relaxed
• Active, with more energy and flow
• Acrobatic, for more adrenaline
HOW TO PAY
You can choose the option you prefer:
• Cash after the flight
• Bank transfer (to our club account) when we confirm the flight the day before
Bizum is not available (the bank does not allow it for this type of account) and we don’t have a card terminal at take-off.
PHOTO / VIDEO PACKAGE (OPTIONAL)
This is an optional extra and you can decide on the day of the flight. There are two options:
- GoPro: 20€ per flight. 4K video in 16:9 or 9:16.
- Insta360: 40€ per flight. 4K video in 16:9 or 9:16, as you prefer.
